Cancellation & Refund Policy

In short

You can cancel your registration and receive a full refund up to 24 hours before the event start time. After that, no refund will be issued.

1. Cancellation by the Attendee

You may cancel your registration at any time. Your refund eligibility depends on when you cancel relative to the event's scheduled start time:

  • More than 24 hours before start: 100% refund of the amount paid.
  • Within 24 hours of start (or after the event has begun): no refund will be issued.
  • No-shows: no refund will be issued.

2. How to Request a Refund

Send your refund request via the Help & Support page. Please include:

  • The email address used at registration
  • The event name and date
  • Your order/registration reference (if available)
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

Requests are reviewed within 2 business days.

3. Refund Processing & Timelines

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card network. Brandleor is not responsible for delays caused by payment processors.

Any non-refundable third-party fees (e.g. payment-processor charges) may be deducted where applicable.

4. Cancellation or Changes by the Organiser

If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will receive a 100% refund automatically — no request required.

If an event is rescheduled or moved to a new venue/format, your registration remains valid for the new date/venue. If you cannot attend the new schedule, you may request a full refund within 7 days of the change announcement.

5. Transfers

Registrations are non-transferable to other people by default. If you'd like to transfer your spot, contact support before the 24-hour cutoff and we'll review on a case-by-case basis.

6. Exceptions

In rare circumstances (serious medical emergency, bereavement, or other documented hardship) we may consider a refund outside the standard policy at our sole discretion. Supporting documentation may be requested.
