Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Brandleor Events platform ("Service"), browsing events, or completing a registration, you ("user", "attendee") agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to register for an event. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Account & Registration

Some events require you to provide your name, email, and other details. You are responsible for keeping your information accurate and for any activity completed under your registration. Tickets and confirmations are issued to the email address you provide — please keep it accessible.

4. Event Tickets & Entry

Each registration grants a single, non-transferable entry to the specified event unless stated otherwise. Organisers may require photo ID, a printed ticket, or a QR confirmation at check-in. Lost or undelivered tickets should be reported via our Support page.

5. Payments

All fees are displayed in the listed currency and include applicable taxes unless noted. Payments are processed by trusted third-party providers; Brandleor does not store full card details. A registration is confirmed only after successful payment.

6. Changes, Postponement & Cancellation by Organiser

Event details (schedule, venue, speakers, format) may change. If an event is cancelled by the organiser, you will be offered a full refund or a credit toward a future event. Brandleor is not liable for incidental costs such as travel or accommodation.

7. Refunds & Cancellation by Attendee

Refund eligibility is governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In short: refunds are issued only if cancelled at least 24 hours before the event start time.

8. Code of Conduct

Attendees are expected to behave respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, illegal activity, or disruption may result in removal from the event without refund and a ban from future events.

9. Recording, Photos & Content

Events may be photographed, recorded, or live-streamed. By attending you consent to appearing in such media. User-submitted content (questions, feedback, posts) grants Brandleor a non-exclusive licence to use it for operating and promoting the Service.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform — including the Brandleor name, logo, design, and event materials — is owned by Brandleor or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

The Service relies on third-party providers (payments, email delivery, analytics, hosting). Their terms and privacy policies also apply to the relevant portions of your interaction.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Brandleor does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that the Service will meet your specific requirements.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Brandleor's total liability for any claim arising out of the Service or an event is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant registration in the preceding three months.

14. Privacy

We process personal data to deliver the Service — including registration confirmations, event reminders, and support responses. We do not sell your data to third parties.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the organiser's principal place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws state otherwise.
